Cheesy Sausage Pasta

I used this recipe:



  • Olive oil
  • Sausage (I used mild italian sausage)
  • 1 cup of diced onion
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 10 oz of diced tomatoes
  • 1/ cup of milk
  • 8 oz of dry pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper, each
  • 1 cup of shreded cheddar cheese


Step One


In a saute pan put some olive oil and add the onions and sausage to cook on medium until lightly browned.


Step Two


Add the chicken broth, the diced tomatoes, the milk, the pasta and the seasonings. Bring the mix to a boil, cover and reuce the heat to low. Simmer that for about 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender (depending on the pasta you used. Check the box for instructions)


Step Three / Final Product


When the pasta is tender, turn off the heat and stir in 1/2 a cup of cheese. Then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of your plate.
