I first heard about Couch to 5K from Philip DeFranco and was very tempted to start the program myself, but I was discouraged by the fact that I don’t actually have a stroller fit for jogging. Then I saw that Marie Bitsandclips was going to start the program on Monday (as in, today) and was asking her fans to join her, I was even more tempted but not yet sure I was able to do it. Then I watched her business update video where she talked about her doing the C25K program and she said we could even just walk if we wanted to, and that’s where I was bought. I immediately downloaded the application and made mental plans on when I would actually do the walking.

I won’t be able to jog because the stroller I have isn’t fit for jogging, but at least I’ll be walking and not on the couch. I want to try giving you guys an update of how it’s going every week, but we’ll see if I can actually muster enough content to make a blog post about it.
